SCCS offers the following services:

Heating & Chilled Water Systems - To include water balancing and plant/pump commissioning.

Primary Supply & Extract Ventilation Systems - To include grille/spigot balancing and AHU/Fan commissioning.

Secondary Ventilation Systems - To include grille balancing and FCU commissioning.

Pressure Regimes - These are vital in some environments e.g. laboratories and SCCS can test and balance to make sure the correct pressure regimes are achieved.

Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services - Including TMV testing/outlet temperatures & circulation.

Survey & Validation - SCCS can survey existing systems to identify issues and offer solutions for rectification.

SCCS use fully calibrated instruments e.g. balometers, micromanometers, electronic manometers and anemometers.
All engineers are fully trained and in possession of up to date CSCS cards.

All SCCS senior commissioning engineers are NICEIC accredited for the testing of domestic ventilation systems.

SCCS carries out the commissioning of building services to the latest CIBSE & BSRIA codes of practice.
